Get Together Breakfast Club is our newest project for women from the local migrant communities aged 50 and over. With the financial support from the Falkirk Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, we will host a weekly group to offer a friendly and welcoming space and light breakfast, accompanied by various learning and social group activities. As part of the project, we will provide useful information, advice and guidance on all rights and entitlements.
The group is open to all and you can bring a friend or a neighbour. All food and activities are free of charge. This is an exciting opportunity for older people to enjoy a good day out, meet new people, make friends, share food and improve their wellbeing and independence.
